Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your price covers everything you've told us about, including mileage, stairs, lifts, blankets, wrapping and insurance. There are no booking, admin or fuel charges. Your price only changes if your move changes, for example more to move or harder access on the day. Extra time is £100 per hour, and we always agree it with you first. If you've got less to move than you told us, let us know and we'll look at your price again.
How do I add packing?
On your price page, choose "Full pack & move" and your price updates straight away.
Can you pack just the kitchen or fragile items?
Get in touch by call or WhatsApp and we'll talk about what you need.
When do you pack?
Usually on moving day or the day before, depending on the size of your home. We'll agree it with you when you book.
